My "Why" is a reflection of a life lived across diverse intersections, proving that when we speak from the heart, we are all part of the same "wicked" family.

A Survivor’s Strength: As a breast cancer survivor and a former teen mother, I understand the grit it takes to overcome and the vulnerability required to ask for help. These experiences gave me a voice that resonates with real-world strength, the kind of "wicked" resilience that refuses to be silenced.

Diverse Roots & Global Connections: Being a queer woman (LGBTQ+) and sharing my life with my partner, an immigrant from Honduras, I live at the heart of cross-cultural connections every day. My time spent as a minority within a vibrant Black spiritual community taught me that sisterhood transcends borders and backgrounds. It taught me the profound value of listening before speaking, a skill I bring to every script.

Leadership with Purpose: My years serving on non-profit boards and as a dedicated volunteer are the foundation of my leadership style. I don’t just read lines; I understand the mission-driven goals of the organizations I represent. I am a partner in your mission, working with the precision and dedication that my 30-year career in project management and the practice of Agile demands.
